5.2 cttobp - Interconversion between ct files and region files

The ``cttobp'' program will take a ct file as input, and produce a region file and ``raw'' sequence file as output. The ``raw'' sequence file contains only the sequence with no labels or other characters. Conversely, given a ``raw'' sequence file and a region table, the program can produce a ct file. In this latter case, the user is prompted for the historical numbering of the first base and for a sequence label. The program is run interactively.
