Hi!
I'm having some trouble understanding what the ionic conditions stand for in MFold.
Since we only provide the DNA sequence, how are the calculations made?
Does MFold only consider one molecule in a solvant with the given ion concentrations, or 1M of molecule, or something else entirely?
It has a really big impact on my results so if anyone could help me out with this it would be amazing !
