Error in DINAmelt

There is an error whenever I try to use homodimer simulations and hybridization of two different strands.
It doesn't matter what conditions I use, I always get this error: Error in hybrid2.cgi

I apologize for not responding to this at the time it happened. The server seems fine now (unsurprisingly).

We did have some chronic issues that we think we've resolved, so hopefully this won't happen again.
