Error in DINAmelt

I yesterday to evaluate the hybridization of two different strands, but I got the error "Error in hybrid2.cgi"
The problem still persists.

Would you be able to help with the issue? Thank you already in advance!

It seems to be working, albeit somewhat slowly, now. Is there anything specific you did to get that error?
