4.7 The ``Double Prohibit'' option

This option is used to prevent a group of consecutive base pairs from forming. When this option is selected from the main menu, the user is prompted by: ``Enter base pair and length''. If i, j and k are entered, then the stacked base pairs
r_i-r_j ,r_i+1-r_j-1 , ... , r_i+k-1-r_j-k+1 are prohibited from forming.
