6.1 Error messages in lrna and crna

The symbol ``???'' will be used to refer to an indeterminate integer. Normal termination of lrna and crna in N best mode is indicated by the message ``End reached at traceback ???'', which tells the user how many structures were found. This message will not occur if the number of structures found has been artificially truncated by the use of the ``number of tracebacks'' parameter (3.5). There are a number of error messages that can occur.
