ct-ext — compute absorbance for structure(s) in .ct format
ct-ext [OPTION]... [FILE]...
ct-ext computes the UV absorbance of each structure in each FILE and writes it to standard output.
When no FILE is specified, or if FILE is -, ct-ext reads standard input.
- -n, --NA=RNA2|RNA3|RNA|DNA
- set nucleic acid type to RNA or DNA. Default is RNA.
- only sum extinctions for each nucelotide, rather than for each dinucleotide.
