5.3 The distance program

The ``distance'' program computes the distance between foldings using the older definition of distance as defined in [30]. The input is a ct file containing multiple foldings. Up to 15 foldings can be processed at one time. The program either gives the distance between the first structure and all subsequent ones in the file, or else it gives the distance between each pair of structures. It is run interactively.
